Terms and conditions for NLP and Hypnotherapy Sessions 

​Full payment  is required prior to the start of the appointment/course

The time booked is the time for the sessions to start or to be  logged in  ready for the session to begin.   If you are going to be late for any reason,  please let me know as soon as possible so I can let you know if the appointment is still able to go ahead. 

Please give 48 hours to rearrange an appointment should the need arise.

If less than 24 hours notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment, the monies paid may be deemed non-refundable in leu of missed appointment. (Management discretion used here) 

 

For Emergencies 

 

For  emergencies please contact me as soon as possible, an alternative appointment may be offered without further charges being made if deemed appropriate, otherwise monies paid are forfeited in leu of the missed appointment ( at managements discretion ) I will notify you  as soon as possible if I have to rearrange your appointment giving at least 48 hours notice, a further appointment will be offered that is mutually convenient.
